I have become quite a fan of edible flowers, they add such a lot of colour, to well, everything. I love to cook and bake and have found a lovely website of edible flowers, there are so many, and if you are not growing any there are plenty of ideas.
I have also found little covers to put flowers in your bakes etc, to stop the stems touching the cake these were fab and worked well. I am going to try edible flowers on a cake when my lovely mum comes to stay at the end of June.
