A big thank you and a huge apology for the problems some of you had last week with the Paypal cart, for the first few hours we could not get any payments through and luckily you were on the phone and email in no time to let me know so we could try to save the day. Later on with a lot of calls to the technical team it all got sorted out xx

Thank you so much, Lilian arrived yesterday and she is absolutely gorgeous! Much bigger than I expected too. She really is an heirloom treasure. Thank you also for your phone call to sort out the payment when PayPal decided to misbehave. It must have been a nightmare for you. Your work is really exquisite and much appreciated. Blessings. xxx
