Today for our blog we have lots of frost and as the plants try to break though they will need a little warmth from the sun to help them open xx
I am very busy over here at Twig Studio working away on my new creations and I am hoping to also get some new brooches with gorgeous cosy woolly knitted hats ready for the 02nd February. We are again in the new Country Living and Landscape magazines this month and in February I have booked a day of machine embroidery with the wonderful Linda Miller where there will be cake and I hope to be able to add this to the fairy dolls at some point xx

loved those frosty photos , beautiful colour of primula , used to have a great collections of primulas and auriculas back in the day when I was fit and healthy , the hellebores too put on a great display this time of year ,mine too are currently thriving , a pale pink spotted one , later my near black wine coloured will appear too got them both from Ashwood Nurseries who are specialists !! Love to knit in 3 and 4 ply wool and cotton would be willing FOC to help you out with your little hats etc., just completed a whole range of outfits to be sent down to Dublin for my little great nephew Tristan for a camping Ken Doll , included Ireland Rugby team , a Parachute Regiment Soldier , Action Man / James Bond , and Usian Bolt complete with 3 gold medals etc.,, cricket outfit , even made goal posts and a cricket bat , hopefully they will give him hours of pleasure , and just maybe pass it on to his son when I'm long gone !!! Anyhows thank you Chris for all your blogs , amazing work !! hugs
