As we slowly drift into another beautiful season
and the colours change so does the colour pallet change at Twig studio xx
Our new girls are coming soon, and as mentioned in my last blog pointy hats are everywhere, with hand made felt flowers and felt oak leaves, also beautiful squirrel and hare fabric along with an autumn wood, toasting marshmallows and a wonderful fabric called slow stroll just could not resist this pattern xx below is a picture of a shelf in Twig studio with hand made button boxes and a vintage folk art doll with a block body xx
Beautiful Rowen
Since ancient times people have been planting a Rowan beside their home as in Celtic mythology it's known as the Tree of Life and symbolises courage, wisdom and protection. Look at the delicate leaves, perfectly symmetrical on either side of their stem.

Colourful Rowan berries at this time of year. I have pink and yellow berries as well as the luscious scarlet. Birds love them.
Can't wait for the Halloween ladies. Stripey legs appeal !
